Just as Julia reached out, at the same being pushed toward the SUV, and tripped the guy with the hockey stick she still had. "Would you hurry up?!" she yelled loud enough for the Soulchaser to hear her, just as Derek managed to get her into the SUV. Then she looked at Derek, suspecting he just might shut her up in there with him outside. Don't you do it - her gaze flared in warning and concern. Damnit he better not shove her in and leave himself exposed!
