"Good," Derek said. "I'm sure he needed it."
"Funny," Soulchaser sneered. That period of time was not a pleasant thing to remember for him, as he had broken many of the rules that he was created to follow. Even though it wasn;t technically his fault, he would still bear the burden of shame for his actions.
"I was listening in on your conversation with Markahm," Said the Soulchaser, getting back to business. "What I can definitely tell you is that what happened at his apartment and the attack at the doctor's office wasn't coincidental. Bryce's old man may be a target as well. They may have allready gotten to him, far as i can tell."
