Nick returned his smile with a crooked grin, looking at the baby and then the couple. In a way it was weird seeing Amelia, knowing the way he'd felt about Julia and that a part of him would always love her, but seeing Derek's expression and how the other man regarded both woman and child, well the oddness of the emotion left.
