I've been reading about how a globally included bootstrap.css can't style html inside polymer elements, but its seems to be working just fine for me. For example, I have an index.html that includes bootstrap.css and instantiates app.html, which then instantiates view.html. If I add a bootstrap button anywhere in the chain (i.e. class="btn etc"), the style gets applied. Is this a change in the new version?
