Hi Suraj, I wrote an article on "Using Polymer in a WebView <https://www.polymer-project.org/0.5/articles/webview.html>" a few weeks ago that might be helpful. In general, the best Polymer experience is Android 5.0.1+ (SDK version 21), where Chrome 37.0.0.0 is the default WebView. Polymer does work under Android 4.4.3+, but it will use the polyfills. KitKat ships with a Chromium-based WebView, but it is version 33.0.0.0.
