There are probably also way less clients that have working ipv6. So I assume that even the load on the ipv6 servers won't be that much higher if you would return more AAAA records. What I'm more concerned about is the behaviour of ntpd in case it receives many AAAA records and the client doesn't have working ipv6. Will it end up with less working peers?
