You have a routing or ACL issue. No answer to either icmp6 echoreq or ntp requests from six.des.no, hosted in Karslruhe; traceroute6 stops at or before your ISP's border. Same result from my desktop, which is two hops away from NIX and NORDUnet in Oslo.
