Seems the problem just got fixed. At 14:57:12 I got my first ping
packet through on a path that's been broken all day.

So AS3356 were blackholing IPv6 traffic to a large number of
destinations. They were advertising all the routes, attracting the
traffic and preventing BGP from routing around the damage, then
promptly dropping them.

The initial failure was detected by the NLNOG RING at 23:56:42:

The outage lasted for 15 hours..!
