I immediately tried the 'systranslate' call in a fresh pop11 and it
returned <false>. I then edited my .bashrc as suggested, fired up a
fresh xterm, invoked pop11 and tried 'systranslate' and presto! Out
came the value of '$usepop'!
I am now getting the help, teach, help and ref functions as advertised.
Also I thought I had found a bug in clisp, but now it has gone away as
well.
