new poplog_base7.tar.bz2. It has all recent fixes applied to
github repo. AFAICS it should work with Aaron's recent
'getpoplog.sh'. Changes:
- fixed arrayfile and passing and returning single float arguments,
so now popvision and neural seem to work
- fixed problem with Motif delete events
- added few libraries to startup images, basicaly it contains
now all core libraries present in Birmingham startup
image (libraries from packages are not included). That
fixes problem due to missing emacsreadline
- uses terminfo for ved (change by Andreas Eder)
- bunch of cleanups
- bumped version number (to 16.0001)
