I reported the problem of mailman claiming, incorrectly, that it was unable to
deliver messages, stating:

  A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
  recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

    [email protected]

I reported the problem this morning to one of our compputer officers, who has
now replied that our mailman system was recently updated. A short time later he
reported that he had to 'make a slight tweak to the config file'.

I am hoping this message will show (me) that he has fixed the problem.
