If mail.myprimus.com didn't have POP access, then I wouldn't have put it on this list.

All CP mail services support POP access, but POP access is optional.  If it doesn't 
support POP access for you (and the larger class of free users) then it would "hang 
up" after the STAT command -- the IP connection is terminated.

Now, ESMTP is another story. . .
