I would like to know what would happen if someone runs an email checker
program before sending, can this be used as a workaround? In other words, I
keep an email checker program like ePrompter running in the background and
set to check every 10 minutes. Say about 30 minutes into a session, I decide
to launch OE and send off a quick email. Would I still have to POP-first in
OE? Or did my email checker program handle the POP-first requirement?
Can someone test that one out for me? I'd try it myself but my SMTP server
does not require POP-first authentication.
