Mine didn't work when I installed IE 5.50 and then messed with the web security settings. Took me a while to figure that out. Guess you could say that my bad experience with Hotmail was due to my own error and the lack of updated support from the Hotmail help files online. Other than this isolated event, Hotmail has almost "Always" worked for me. Last week I was having problems with getting web access to my other Hotmail account, the one that ends in @msn.com. Support wrote back stating the servers were overloaded on those days. Sheeesh, MailandNews.com seems to be down again.
