so has anyone seen the CD that was put out to save th Lounge Axe (chicago)? I saw it today and wondered if it was made up of live songs, or just artist's contributions. It had Shellac, Archers of Loaf and others on it. (Ironically, it is owned by Jeff Tweedy's wife.) Another "almost buy" today was "At Home With The Groove Box" compilation put out by Grand Royal. I mean, Sean Lennon, Beck, Mark Nishita on the same disc... and more. I was close, til i remembered why i was there- Sunny Day Real Estate! Then next thing I know I am back in the town in which I currently reside ( I dont really live there, just reside! ) floating on my back in someone's swimming pool, looking at the huge full moon. (or almost full) Which reminds me, I used an unnamed "evil" internet download service and found a cover of Nick Drake's Pink Moon by Sebadoh, from "III" all i have to say is PINK! PINK! PINK!
