In order: * I don't understand the code * I don't have an easy way to make sure this doesn't break other things * I don't have much time to fix the two issues above * This is not a one man project, but noone else seems to have time nor knowledge about this either. I'm sorry but as it stands I don't feel confortable merging the patch.
