That helped - thanks! It appears that even though we are parsing the DA for the text colors (and storing them in a variable that tracks the GState of the DA) - we don't actually use those text colors when we generate AP (as you are seeing) ☹. Definite bug on our end.
I'll file it here and we'll see about addressing it in a future release. So my recommendation to you - do the right thing and don't follow our bug.
