Thanks, Mark - fwiw, Group membership is Group specific - so the kind of
continued contributions that would allow a Contributor to become a
member of this Group would have to be to Projects sponsored by this
particular Group.
The Adoption Group is a distinct Group of its own, though it may share a
member or two.

Fair enough -- I realize that's the letter of the law. That being the
case, then, I'll stop bothering to gain citizenship through the adoption
group as this timeline isn't tenable for what I was proposing to do. I
can still help Ao and the Longsoon team without membership, Hopefully he
and the team will be granted exception when they show up with signed
OCA's and working code.
