openssl/3.2 fix symbol versioning on amd64
Another unwanted gift from David Carlier led to lots of internal
symbols leaking out of libcrypto and libssl on amd64. Presumably
the same would also happen on ia64 if that were still a thing.
This reverts part of https://github.com/openssl/openssl/pull/13393
