Lots of fixes/changes (AirPlay 2 still off due to lack off NQPTP)

Manual section and TCP keepidle plus other stuff got fixed upstream;
ss with 3.3.9 already, sporadic sync errors on initial play warranting
daemon restarts remain (although Paul could not reproduce in his setup).
