Update to unison-2.54.3
Changes: https://github.com/bcpierce00/unison/releases/tag/v2.53.4
Build now allows to build the cli and the gui at the same time. Switch
from FLAVORS to MULTI_PACKAGES. @pkgpaths markers have been added to
make upgrading transparent for users.
