add quirk for dovecot-fts-xapian.
make more use of $obsolete_suggestion; update the comment which made it
sound like it's not at all useful, rather pkg_add just doesn't have a way
to use it automatically.
convert some messages mentioning specific packages to entries in
$obsolete_suggestion, add a comment showing openbsd versions where these
were added. make some of the other messages slightly more generic.
drop some old things for pre-7.0 updates.
