mail/stalwart: longstanding update to 0.14.1.
thanks semarie@ for pointing me at my typo when disabling jemallocator
make tb@ happy by finally dropping the bdep on rust-ring, as all crates
in the dependency tree were updated to 0.17.something.
stalwart-mail binary renamed to stalwart, update rc script but keep a
symlink for now for the upgrade path.
speaking of upgrades, totally untested, but make sure to export/import
following https://github.com/stalwartlabs/stalwart/blob/main/UPGRADING.md
and https://stalw.art/docs/install/upgrade/
