update to got 0.130
- default to using SHA256 object IDs in newly created repositories
- add SHA256 repository support to gotd, gotsysd, and gotsys.conf
- add an example for scheduled invocations of gotadmin cleanup to gotadmin(1)
- clear any previously buffered data when receiving Git protocol packets
- move buffers of size GOT_PKT_MAX off the stack to fix build on OpenBSD/alpha
- use realpath(p, NULL) instead of realpath(p, buf) to avoid wrong buffer size
- use PATH_MAX instead of _POSIX_PATH_MAX because the latter is too small
