dk-ca-certs: common certificate authority certs for the jdks
This package provides a common certificate authority certs file for the
jdk's to use. It is created from a copy of
/usr/src/lib/libcrypto/cert.pem.
Of note for maintainers: whenever /usr/src/lib/libcrypto/cert.pem
changes, copy it to files dir and bump VER
