import ports/net/py-pyasynchat, needed to update py-ftpdlib to unbreak, ok

This module builds on the asyncore infrastructure, simplifying asynchronous
clients and servers and making it easier to handle protocols whose elements
are terminated by arbitrary strings, or are of variable length. It was
previously included as a standard library in Python before 3.12.
It exists for backwards compatibility only.
