Log message:
Update to 12.2:
* Upstream accepted OpenBSD support so many patches are no longer
needed.
* Set release name to PUBLIC like upstream does at release.
* When building on aarch64 a few dirs are created for
openbsd_x86_64 but the same is not true when building on amd64
making PLIST different. Delete the extra dirs so GHIDRA_ARCH
can be used in PLIST.
