NEW: GNU Smalltalk and Portable Forth Environments ports

Hi,

I have created OpenBSD ports for GNU Smalltalk
(http://www.gnu.org/software/smalltalk/) and the Portable Forth
Environment (http://pfe.sourceforge.net/). Both are attached for
those who want to test. Comments welcome.
