- console program
- gtk program

Sorry, but it didn't run with fake of minor lib
version (example libx264.49.0).
I tried everything, but not had work.
Under FreeBSD and NetBSD run also without minor
number.
New on Makefile:
- GTK GUI
- ONLY_FOR_ARCHS limit
- Fix -O4 to -O2
