Actually, I've been considering doing a port of sbcl. I've been mildly 
involved with the project in the past (and even gave an alpha box to 
one of the primary developers).

Needless to say, *correctly* porting sbcl to OpenBSD will not be easy. 
Lisp based languages do, ahem, "creative" things with both memory and 
execution, so one can reasonably expect nightmares when said 
"creativity" comes in contact with the OpenBSD security features 
(stackghost, W^X, ...). In short, one would probably be looking at 
joining the sbcl development team just to get upstream to cooperate.

Occasionally, I suffer from an alcohol induced dream about getting 
Cadence SKILL (another LISP variant) running under OpenBSD. 
SBCL would be a lot easier.
