this is apparently from sdl-sound. I can't find any reference to timidity in sdl proper or in arts. sdl-sound appears to be looking for timidity.conf in /etc then /usr/local/lib/timidity. I'm guessing arts fails silently and the timidity error is still the last error message in sdl's message buffer. what size buffers and how many are you using in artsd? > -- > View this message in context: > http://www.nabble.com/problem-with-sdl-sound-on--current-tp17592197p17632977.html > Sent from the openbsd user - ports mailing list archive at Nabble.com. > -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] SDF Public Access UNIX System - http://sdf.lonestar.org
