CONFIGURE_STYLE=autoconf doesn't set the paths correctly; this does:
BUILD_DEPENDS= ${MODGNU_AUTOCONF_DEPENDS}
CONFIGURE_STYLE= gnu
AUTOCONF_VERSION= 2.63
