Hi,

Here is another try, with:
     - a gtk3 flavor
     - xdg-utils run dependency (not for no_x11)
     - no more liboss
     - more correct PLIST

I've spotted an issue: M-x report-emacs-bug doesn't work if the "-el"
subpackage is not installed (don't know why maybe it's a bug to be
reported). Do you think "-main" and "-el" subpackages could be merged
into one big jumbo pack?
