Who uses nvi-m17n? Does it have any users left?
Does nvi-m17n support significant use-cases that the nvi package (which is locale-capable) does not? Note that editors/nvi supports all the encodings that nvi-m17n supports, but the reverse is not true. In particular, nvi-m17n does *not* support UTF-8. On the other hand, nvi-m17n has canna support (I don't know how this works). Do people use it?
