You can do this yourself. Run a current snapshot and current ports. Look over the directories and Makefiles in books section. Read the porters guide. Ask specific questions. Submit a copy of your port for a book, get any criticism and fix the problems. Most likely your new port will be accepted. When the book gets updated, update your port. Submitting a port for a book is a good place to start porting, there are no libraries or patches or anything else very difficult. Then you will be a porter for OpenBSD and not just a user.
