Works fine for me on amd64 too, imported my .kdb without issues. You have some things to fix in the port though: - use gtk-update-icon-cache, add an RDEP for it - fix the PLIST, it seems some icons are duplicated/installed twice - i think you can use SHARED_ONLY=yes and merge PFRAG.list into PLIST Are you sure you need ports gcc ?
