hmm, these are very generic names, I don't like having them in /usr/local/lib.. https://github.com/Unidata/netcdf-c/issues/1347#issuecomment-467633543 says "Actually, I did not intend the .so files in netcdf-c/plugins to be installed. They are intended only for testing and examples", so perhaps they can just be rm'd or @comment'ed in the PLIST.
