- the PKGNAME hw-probe-1.6-beta is invalid, -beta is using the part of the name that is reserved for a flavour. Should set e.g. PKGNAME=hw-probe-1.6beta
- looks like the default if you just run "hw-probe" is to upload data to an internet server. there should be a warning about this somewhere, at least in pkg/DESCR.
