Puh-leeze, indeed; note that I'm not the only one pointing out that there
are other motives in life besides money, and not all of them necessarily
more commendable.  "For himself" and "for the paycheck" aren't synonymous,
and "for the bragging rights" is, taking everything into account, at least
as valid an explanation, and probably more so.  Plus which, as I suggested,
I'll bet that a dollar more per boxed set wouldn't have affected more than a
dozen buyers - or, for that matter, 5 more per set.
