I am loathe to encourage the use of this sort of work-around that if
subsequently tweaked and expanded might do more harm than good, and most
users do not need this. Since an internal relay deserves its own
transport anyway, separate from outbound "smtp", I'd propose limiting
the work-around to just such a transport.
