Same problem here. I workaround to bounce these messages immediately
I just created another postfix instance with
maximal_queue_lifetime=1m
bounce_queue_lifetime = 1m
Then move them all with a 4 line script
---------------
QIDS=`mailq -C /etc/postfix | perl -lne 'BEGIN { $/="\n\n" ;} /^(\S+).*unknown
in local recipient table/s && print $1' `
for i in $QIDS;do
find /var/spool/postfix/deferred/ -name $i -exec mv -vf {}
/var/spool/postfix2nd/incoming/ \;
done
------------------
Both spool dirs must be on the same partition ..
