That was my instinct when I woke up this morning (GMT+1100). Now
confirmed. THe default is of course less fragile:
$ postconf -d internal_mail_filter_classes
internal_mail_filter_classes =
> which subjects the "spammy" bounce mails to the rspamd filter which

You may choose to DKIM sign bounces, ... but it is unwise to subject
them to any filters that reject some messages.
