This *is* backwards compatible. The problem is with the original queue
file for which no bounce message was queued (rejected by cleanup(8)) and
it is the original queue-id which therefore is deferred, and for which
the problem must be reported.
As Wietse notes, this is not changing existing logging of bounce message
processing in which a bounce message is successfully enqueued.
