I'm not very familiar with mailing list software so pardon me if this is a silly question, but why not ditch the original DKIM signature and re-sign the mail? This way both DKIM and SPF checks could pass and be aligned with the header from. This seems like an appealing approach to me but I'm not aware of any mailing lists that actually implement it.
