yup.  my point in this part of the message was to show the server was
indeed responding with a 550 as desired.  i believe the issue was the
client side, mail1.rg.net, a postfix, not discarding the message when
`smtpd_recipient_restrictions` with clause `reject_unverified_recipient`
saw that 550.
