Tim, Recommend assessing Mail-in-a-box (https://mailinabox.email/). This is a superb integration of most products you mentioned above and others. Installation is simple on a bare Ubuntu 22.04 baseline system. You should consider dedicating that host to MiaB (possibly under libvirtd or another virtual machine manager), but you can use it for other services if you're comfortable fixing breakage.
