Agreed. You will have to update both the envelope address (with
chgfrom, delrcpt, addrcpt) and message header addresses (chghdrs,
addhdrs).
There are Milter implementations in many programming
languages that are more suited for this than writing code in C.
I expect that you will have to delete all message headers
that can reveal information about senders and recipients.
