Thanks for all the help but I can't find the problem.

I rebooted the server with a forced fsck+repair. Nothing special. I reviewed de output from mount: nothing special with read-only. Logfiles: nothing strange, dmesg: nothing strange. Server is running normal and serving websites and mail.

Pff....

I have an "old" server: debian bullseye + Postfix 3.5.25 (ldap, dovecot)
+ Sympa 6.2.26. This combination works fine. But for several reasons it
is time to configure a new server: Debian Trixie + Postfix 3.10.5 (ldap,
dovecot) + Sympa. In fact the new system is a copy of the older one.

After hard work almost everything works fine. But the only thing is
sending mail to the listserver mail is not delivered:

      (temporary failure. Command output: /usr/local/sympa/libexec/queue:
while opening queue file 'T.tiswe_fr.1770215348.308714': Read-only file
system)

The kernel returns a "read-only file system" error. LINUX kernels
do that when they detect file system corruption.

Use your favorite search engine and look for "Read-only file system".
