mailbfr was developed for Mac OS X, not for SuSE Linux. IIRC it's a Python script, so it should be possible to modify it to be usable on Linux as well. However, right now mailbfr is distributed as a .pkg, so one would have to go to some lengths to even extract the actual script from the package.
