of course, you can solve THIS problem based on HELO

but if somebody comes with his HELO, the mathcing IP and PTR
and submit mails with addresses from your domains you can
not catch this whith any HELO-restriction

that is what i meant - normally the forge-problem should be eliminated at his 
roots and these
are "nobody have to use my domains as sender as long he comes not from my 
network or is a
authenticeated user"
